Recoil Audio USA® Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage
Recoil Audio USA® warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase or, at the latest, two years from the date of manufacture. To make a warranty claim, a valid receipt from an authorized Recoil Audio USA® dealer or a recognized proof of purchase is required.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation of the product.

What is Covered
If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Recoil Audio USA® will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with one of equal or greater value and performance.

What is NOT Covered

  • Blown or burned voice coils on speakers are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Damage caused by improper use, neglect, abuse, or modifications.
  • Any failure resulting from unauthorized repairs, accidents, acts of God, improper installation, or shipping/packaging issues during returns.
  • Any misrepresentation by dealers or third parties.
  • Removal, reinstallation, or shipping costs related to warranty claims.
  • Warranty is void if serial numbers have been removed, defaced, or altered in any way.

Claims for Products Purchased on Amazon
If you purchased your Recoil Audio USA® product from Amazon, you must first initiate a warranty claim through Amazon’s customer service. Recoil Audio USA® will only consider repairs or replacements for Amazon purchases at its discretion. No refunds will be provided for items purchased through Amazon or any other third-party retailers; this includes products not purchased directly from Recoil Audio USA®.

Additionally, the cost of prepaid shipping for returning the item to Recoil Audio USA® is the responsibility of the purchaser. Only after Amazon’s resolution process has been exhausted should you contact Recoil Audio USA® for further assistance. Be sure to have all relevant order information and communications with Amazon when submitting your claim to Recoil Audio USA®.

Warranty Claim Timeframe
All warranty claims must be returned to Recoil Audio USA® within 30 days from the date of Return Authorization (RA)/Warranty approval. If the product is not returned within this time frame, the RA/Warranty claim will become null and void.

Returns for Amplifiers, Electronics, and Accessories

  • Amplifiers and Electronics: Amplifiers and other electronic products are eligible for warranty claims if they exhibit defects in materials or workmanship. However, they must be returned within 30 days from RA approval, as specified above.
  • Accessories: are not returnable unless defective. If an accessory is found to be defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at Recoil Audio USA®’s discretion.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you purchased the product from an authorized Recoil Audio USA® dealer (other than Amazon) and believe the product is defective, please return it to the dealer for warranty service. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt and must follow the guidelines outlined above.

To return a product, you must:

  1. Go to our website and complete the online RA/Warranty Request form on our Warranty page.
  2. Once your Return Authorization (RA) request is approved, you will receive an RA number.
  3. Return the product freight prepaid, along with any accessories, properly packaged, and clearly marked with the RA number.
  4. Products that are improperly packaged, lack an RA number, or have not been issued an RA number may be refused upon delivery. Recoil Audio USA® is not responsible for lost or mislabeled items during return shipping.

Important Notes

  • Warranty service will be provided by standard ground freight.
  • Repair or replacement under this warranty is the exclusive remedy for the consumer.
  • Recoil Audio USA® is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any breach of this warranty.
  • Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you. You may also have additional rights depending on your state.
